So, what are you gonna do if your kids wake up and hate your guts for that?"
In all of his years of dealing with mortals, Akumu was no stranger to people expressing their honest opinions on any number of matters in a less than cuth way. This Kommo-o was nothing new on that front. His utter fearlessness was to at least be respected, if nothing else. Still, the other dragon type was not saying anything unreasonable.
“Bold. It is mighty bold of you to assume I have not thought of this. The myth of groudon and kyogre is the example of the phrase ‘like oil and water’. I have been working hard to prevent them from colliding negatively. Them being teenagers is just something I have to work with.”
The sky god was feeling tired. It could be from being berated by this mon that was getting to him more than he was willing to admit. In reality, it was the situation he was given. Being given little support by his own ‘mentors’ and having to make sure both teenagers did not destroy the world or lose control and go primal.
“I know teenagers are rebellious, but this is their best way for a second chance. A clean slate from both will be the best for the world. I will finally break this cycle of global cataclysm and destruction.” Even if most would take what he said as awe inspiring on the basis of what Akumu was, that last part was ad libbed by him in order to sound mighty and assuring, like any god would.

Zhen@Lenox: The Ho-oh seemed to settle himself nearby scanning his surroundings before noticing the familiar Hawlucha about. "You." He squint, getting a good look of her. "I get the sensation you're bothered by something. Like you're all torn up inside. I don't think working for this company is doing you any good. Or that it's a good company at all. Unless you think different?"
“You can tell that by just looking at me, huh?” Was it that obvious? Lenox was uncomfortable working with the company as of late. While she was happy to have been away from Haines’ influence and can at least guarantee Brittany’s safety, she still felt a creeping sense of unease.
“I know this company has done morally objectionable things, and I have tolerated it longer than I should, but something my colleague told me about two members has me uncertain what to do.”
What she was referring to was how Jason disclosed Grohl and Gwen’s respective murders. The severity of which was still something that needed to be addressed, but both were mercenaries. Mercenaries whose body count easily dwarfed the beating Grohl gave, and the half dozen people Gwen killed as a teenager.
“A few of my colleagues had done horrible things in the past, but everything they have done since are way worse and nothing will be done. If I raise hell over it, it will make my and my significant other’s situation unstable,” pinching the bridge of her beak, “especially since my boss’ current supplier does not like me right now.”

Oh! Uhhh….. I don’t remember all of it, but it was really weird. Like, you were stuck in your own body almost! And I had so much power, I could anything! I wasn’t afraid of being hurt.
